Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at aclotheshopexpress GmbH. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately using the contact information provided below. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution. Some banks may take longer to process the refund. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please see the "Late or Missing Refunds" section below.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is shown in your account.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the information below. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.
